How To Return An Item Purchased Online
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned within 30 days of your purchase. It must also be in the original packaging and have original tags still on merchandise in order to receive a refund of your purchase.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED BY A STAFF MEMBER AT LUGGAGE SERVICE INC. Include in your package back to us a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt along with your unused item or items. A List of Brands we Warranty Service is on our Repairs Page. Please click "Repair" above for more information on warranty services we provide. All returns or exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you mail in an item that has been used or altered, you will be responsible for its return shipping back to you, if you want the product back. Otherwise, we will dispose of it and you WILL NOT receive a refund. If you want to repair an item that is damaged, please see our "REPAIR" page.
Restocking Fee for Online Orders and Special Orders
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund any shipping and handling fees. All products must be returned within 30 days, unused and with tags still in place to receive a refund. Wheels will be checked for use. For damaged items a 50% restocking fee may apply.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
We use the above carriers to deliver our orders based on our customers needs. We understand those needs vary from cost effectiveness to timeliness and we do all that we can to accommodate those factors. If you indicate your needs to us, we will try to meet them to our best ability possible. We also can ship to you using YOUR SHIPPING ACCOUNT NUMBER if necessary.
IF a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you with the tracking information by email. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and demensions of your product, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. If shipping is free or included in the price, it will be indicated.
If part of your order goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back-order item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will NOT be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
